The worst customer service ever!

Every time I called them they hung up on me because they didn't have an answer, how rude of them… the phone number In Glendale Galleria not working, no one answers and when you call the corporate number they have no clue how to help you, I never shop in that store again!

Do Not Trust, Make Promise and do NOT deliver

Ordered fragrance from Bloomingdales online. Showed the free gift I would receive due to primary purchase. Right after I paid online, I received an email saying the free gift is not in stock. Why would you show the gift on my order, say it is available and then renege the moment I pay? Bait and Switch tactics going on. Bad business practice. WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN. So many liars and deceptive businesses in the world. Will be returning the purchase I made as soon as it is received.

DO NOT TRUST

Ordered fragrance from Bloomingdales online. Showed the free gift I would receive due to primary purchase. Right after I paid online, I received an email saying the free gift is not in stock. Why would you show the gift on my order, say it is available and then renege the moment I pay? Bait and Switch tactics going on. Bad business practice. WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN. So many liars and deceptive businesses in the world. Will be returning the purchase I made as soon as it is received.

The Best shopping experience is at Bloomingdales Century City Mall

I love Bloomingdales the quality of customer service is the best. Someone is always willing to help or check in with you and assist you with your purchases. They are great with suggestions if you can't seem to make a decision about a particular product within their respective department. If you want to complete a look they go beyond what is expected to accommodate you. They will also collaborate with other Bloomingdale stores to find what you are looking for. The return policy is awesome if something didn't work out they are willing to take it back with some exceptions. The most important thing is that they take it back with professionalism and not with an attitude.
There is a difference when shopping at a high-end department store such as Bloomingdales versus a low-end high volume clothing manufacturer like Zara you're going to get what you pay for and it's reflected in the quality of the product and the service you receive.

Customer service does not understand

The customer service does not really understand my problem. I had to contact them three times for one order but my problem still hasn't been solved. I purchased a beauty product and it came with a free gift in full size as stated on their website. However I received my item in a wrong size so I contacted them. They sent me a replacement which is still the wrong size. At that time I just wanted to have a return so I contacted them again. The agent generated a shipping label for me. She told me only send the product I purchased, not the free gift. I asked her again if that was true and she said yes. Not because I wanted the free gift, just because I did not want to create any problem later by not following her instruction. I then packed and dropped the package at the UPS. The following morning I received an email of return from Bloomingdales which stated all items included free gift needed to be returned. I had to contact the customer service for the 3rd time asking them to send me another shipping label to return the free gift. Now I will have to print, pack, and go to UPS to drop it off. This is ridiculous. I am not sure if this will cause me being charged for items that are missing.

Worst customer service

I tried to purchase some Michael aram merchandise so it was 5 item I placed and ordered and they send me an email my order been canceled and need more information to provide and I need to call so I called and provide The information they asked and they told me you order now in placed, when I checked my credit card they charge twice and they ship me twice so I told them to cancel the order and refund my money they said we can not refund your money while not having merchandise in our wear house, so we try to get the ups to turn around to our wear House instead of my home so they email me they couldn't get the ups turned around when I got the stuff I email her and she will set up ups to come and pick it up so been two days I emailed her and she didn't respond so I called customer service they been so rude and un polite and I have to explain all over to each person when I call so frustrated and upset about all this happened I will never shop again and they customer service horrible

Horrible online service

Horrible online service. Placed order, they held funds twice to verify my order then after almost two days of no update I reach out to Customer Service to find there was an online "technical issue", my order was cancelled and that my hundreds of dollars would be held for up for up to 5 business days and it's Thursday so for almost a week ill have a charge for absolutely nothing in return. DO NOT RECOMMEND purchasing online with this company.

Scammer- they sent the wrong color!

I ordered dark brown and and they sent the color auburn for the product I ordered WHAT A SCAM! I would NOT recommend ordering from their online website!

Westfield mall this morning

Westfield mall this morning, I bought an expensive voluspa giant candle for a present.
First there was no stock , the salesman was kind of lost. I changed fragrance and the second one had all the 6 wicks missing. Then again I changed fragrance. I paid and they have no gift wrapping service, just the ugly cheap brown paper bag unless you spend another 20 dollar for a basic wrapping.
The attitude was bad and clearly no one cares about customer service.
I just returned it and voided the transaction

BLOOMINGDALES WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE

Hi,

WORST SERVICE!!!! NEVER BUY HERE AGAIN!! I made an online purchase for which bloomingdales delivered part of the order which went missing and i immediately contact bloomingdales regarding this and instead of resolving the issue, they blocked me. As in my money is gone and i am not sure about the other part of the order whether they deliver it or not. worst customer service i have seen. I don't understand how i am blocked they bloomingdales made a mistake. They never contacted even UPS regarding the package. I want my money back

Most people who shops at Bloomingdales either the store or online rarely care to do reviews on products bought. This is not Amazon. You are on your own. Even the stores website keep asking for feedback but they rarely listen. Compare the website, their product description, etc with other similar stores like Nordstrom, IT SUCKS
